Returns

 

In-store sales made between Saturday May 30th – Sunday May 31st (E404 MID YEAR SALE) are considered final salesAll purchases are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.

Error404 Store accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Any items returned outside this window cannot be accepted.

We offer full refunds only for items that are faulty or damaged, provided they are reported and returned within the 14-day period.

For all other returns, we offer exchanges or store credit only. Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Exchanges or store credit will not be issued for any other reason. 

For hygiene reasons, earrings, swimwear, and intimates are non-returnable unless deemed faulty.

Please note that due to occasional stock discrepancies between in-store and online, items may sell out. If an item becomes unavailable after checkout, we’ll contact you as soon as possible with the option of a replacement or a full refund.

In-store pickups: Orders can be collected within 6 months of purchase. After this time, the order will be returned and a store credit will be issued.
