Shipping policy

*Due to current tariff regulations and Australia Post’s suspension of services, Error404 Store is currently unable to ship to the United States.

The Error404 Store team ships orders Monday–Friday. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing once your order is placed. This does not include shipping times. All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.

Shipping Times & Rates
Standard Domestic — 3–10 days | $12
Express Domestic — 2–5 days | $20
International (NZ) — 5–30 days | $20
International (Rest of World) — 5–30 days | $35
Free domestic shipping on orders over $250.

All orders are packaged using HeapsGood Packaging — Australian-owned, plant-based, and eco-friendly.

Please note we cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Additional fees may apply if you need to update your address once your order has been dispatched. 

In-store pickup orders can be collected within 6 months of purchase. After this period, the order will be refunded to a gift card.
